Can you over do eating fish? If so, I Can easily over do it. The first time I tried flounder was at Red Losbter. It was fried and delicious. I decided to buy my own flounder and do a baked version. We don’t fry in our house when we cook.
This flounder recipe is simple and amazing.
Here is what you’ll need:
- Minced garlic
- Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
For your vegetables:
-Add vegetables, salt and pepper, and let them cook down until tender. Make sure that you check on your veggies, and stir to avoid burning.
For your flounder:
-Add salt, pepper, and minced garlic on both sides of the flounder.
– Add Lemon juice to flounder and bake at 400 degrees until done
