Hello! Hello! Hello!
My husband cooked this dish a while ago that I nicknamed “Trash”. It is anything but trash. It tastes REALLY good. It’s just a while bunch of ingredients thrown together. We use to eat it all the time. I am getting back into it! Even my daughter loves this dish.
Here is what you willneed:
- Salt & pepper
- Bell pepper
- Chicken breast (Fish works too)
- Red Potatoes or rotini noodles (this is optional)
- Olive oil or coconut oil
- A bag of vegetable blend
First you want to steam your vegetables or boil your noodles. These take longer to cook down than the other items.
Here is the vegtable blend bag that I used. It’s called California Blend and it is available at Wal-Mart. You can always use the blend that you like.
Next cut up your chicken breast into small pieces and add salt and pepper to it.
Cut up your onion, bell pepper, and add your minced garlic.
Here is the minced garlic that I use when I don’t chop it up myself.
Then you want to oil your pan with Olive oil. Here is the Olive oil that I use.
Sauteé your bellpeper, onion, and garlic in one pan. Cook your chicken pieces in another pan. Olive oil should be in each pan.
Your vegetables should be cooked down.
Mix all of the ingredients together in a pan and VOILA! You have dinner or lunch. You can definitely us this as a meal prep!
